3 Net Connect’s wireless plans have dual options. One of the options is to connect a laptop card to your computer, or you can use a 3 mobile as a modem to connect your laptop to the Internet. 3 Net Connect offers some of the best wireless Internet plans available. You can find a $29 plan for 100MB, for instance, and then they have a $129 plan that offers 1GB of data. The card to access 3 Net Connect’s network costs $199, which isn’t too bad in comparison to all the others.
Or you can choose Optus Wireless
Optus Wireless Connect service began in 2005 and they offer many low price plans. You can either use wi-fi, 3G or GSM, and the network card will automatically switch you to make sure you get the best signal.
Optus Wireless has a plan that starts at $29.95 that offers 75MB, and then there is a $129.95 plan for 1500MB.
Even though these are the best wireless Internet plans, you must be careful that you adhere to the plan’s data usage. If you go over, you can end up spending as high as $.50/MB in some cases. As long as you keep an eye on your plan and you choose one you can afford, you’ll be happy with the wireless service no matter which provider you go with.
